1. What kinds of information do we collect?

We will collect the following: email address and telephone number, demographic information such as, job title, organisation name, state, industry, and any other personal information that you submit to us via our websites, including https://civvic.org.au (Site) and via other mediums such as through web-forms, online surveys or via our partner organisations and collaborators.

We collect your personal information directly from you or where your organisation provides us with your information. The main ways we collect personal information about you are when:
· you request to receive the services offered and provided by us;
· you register to be on our mailing list;
· you complete an online form on our Site, including when registering for events and courses; and
· you engage with us on any social media including Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.
We will only collect your personal information from third parties (for example, partner organisations) if you give the third party your consent to provide the information to us or it would be reasonably expected.
